1.1 All wagers placed using Bonus Funds will be composed of 50% cash balance and 50% bonus balance until the Player’s wagering (turnover) requirement has been satisfied.
1.2 Where either the cash or bonus balance cannot satisfy its respective 50% portion of a wager, the other balance will supplement the deficit.
1.3 Balances and wager history can be viewed within “My Account.”
2. Winning Composition
2.1 Winnings from wagers will be distributed in the same ratio as the wager composition (cash vs. bonus).
2.2 For example: A $100 winning wager made up of $50 cash and $50 bonus will result in winnings being paid out in a 50% cash / 50% bonus ratio.
2.3 If a wager is not composed of a 50/50 split balance due to either the cash or bonus balance supplementing the other to make the full wager amount, the potential winnings of that wager will pay out at the same ratio of the composition of the original wager. For example: A $100 wager made up of $75 cash and $25 bonus will result in winnings being paid out in a 75% cash / 25% bonus ratio.
3. Conversion of Bonus Funds
3.1 Bonus funds and bonus winnings are not converted into cash until the wagering (turnover) requirement is fully completed.
3.2 No portion of the bonus may be withdrawn prior to the completion of the wagering requirement.
4. Withdrawals
4.1 Players must complete the wagering requirement associated with the Immediate Access Bonus before requesting a withdrawal.
4.2 Any withdrawal request made prior to completion of the wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the entire bonus balance and all associated bonus winnings.
4.3 Forfeiting a bonus will result in the immediate removal of the bonus balance from the Player Account.
5. General Conditions
5.1 Standard PlayAlberta.ca Terms and Conditions apply to all promotions.
5.2 AGLC reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time.
5.3 Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the promotion will result in disqualification, forfeiture of winnings, and/or closure of the Player Account.
5.4 Bonus Balance cannot be used towards the purchase of Lottery or to place bets on Sports.
5.5 A Lottery purchase through the “Cart” will not trigger or activate a deposit-based Bonus.
5.6 Lottery Offers may be given for Lottery purchases through the players wallet or shopping cart
5.7 Lottery purchases and bets on Sports do not count towards wagering requirements.
5.8 Only winnings can be cashed out. The minimum wins to cashout are $10.
5.9 Players must have made at least one successful deposit to their account or made a Lottery purchase before a cashout can be made.
5.10 Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonus Offers to expire within 24 hours after being issued, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money.
5.11 Daily promotions run from 7am-7am unless stated otherwise.
5.12 A promo code may be required to get certain promotions. In the case where a player enters a promo code and does not get a Bonus or Lottery Offer, the Play Alberta Contact Centre should be contacted.
5.13 If a player wants to be excluded from all Bonuses or Lottery Offers, they should contact the Play Alberta Contact Centre.
6. Wagering Requirements
6.1 Wagering requirements on bonuses are the times that a player needs to play through their bonus in order to convert it to real money.
6.2 All bonuses must be wagered a minimum of 20x, unless stated otherwise.
Example 1 :
Upon a deposit, a $20 Bonus is offered.
A deposit of $20 is made.
A Bonus of $20 is added instantly. Player has $40
Player must play through the $20 Bonus 20x
Total wagering requirements = $400
So, if you get a bonus of $20, you must play through $400 before a cashout can be made. Players can keep track of their wagering requirements through the My Bonus activity section under My Account.
Example 2:
Upon a deposit, a 100% match bonus is offered, up to $100
A deposit of $100 is made.
A Bonus of $100 is added instantly. Player has $200
Player must play through $100 20x
Total wagering requirements are =$2000
6.3 You may remove a single bonus from your balance unless;
Bonus type is bonus games
Bonus type is a combination of bonus games and money
Bets have already been placed & more than 21 days have passed
6.4 Bonus Expiration: If no wagers are made within 21 days from getting a bonus, the bonus and any wagering requirements associated with it will expire.
6.5 Removing a bonus will reduce that specific bonus amount, wagering requirements associated with the bonus, as well as any winnings won from utilizing the bonus.
6.6 The order in which wagering requirements are applied are that first the bets are deducted from the Real Balance, and from the Bonus Balance evenly unless one balance must supplement the other to satisfy the total amount of the wager.
6.7 Wagering requirements are promoted in the order they were received.
6.8 In cases where there are insufficient funds towards meeting the wagering requirement, the expiration of the bonus is marked off as complete and is no longer relevant.
6.9 The bonus may state that wagering requirements will be promoted only by specific game vertical or specific game. Lottery purchases and bets on Sports do not count towards wagering requirements.

7. Bonus Games/Bonus Spins
7.1 Bonus Games/Bonus Spins that are credited to a player’s account for either making a deposit, making a Lottery purchase, logging in, or meeting another specified requirement. Bonus Games/Bonus Spins will expire 24 hours after they are granted.
7.2 Games/Spins and ticket price cannot be adjusted.
7.3 Bonus Games/Bonus Spins cannot be removed from a player’s account.
7.4 All winnings from Bonus Games/Spins bonuses are subject to wagering requirements of 20x, unless stated otherwise.
7.5 Players will see the winnings from Bonus Games/Bonus Spins in their Bonus Balance until wagering requirements are met at which time, all the winnings are available for cashout.
Example:
Bonus: deposit $20 for 10 Bonus Games/Bonus Spins today
A deposit of $20 is made and player has 10 Bonus Games/Bonus Spins awarded
Player wins a total $30 as a result of the Bonus Games/Bonus Spins
Player must play through $30 20x
Total Wagering Requirements are =$600
In the above example, winning $30 on the Bonus Games/Bonus Spins would require a player to play through $600 before a cashout can be made.
7.6 Players can keep track of their wagering requirements through the My Bonus Activity section under My Account.
8. Lottery Offers
8.1 Players may receive a Discount Offer, Credit Offer, Bonus Lottery Game Offer or Game Bonus for making a Lottery Purchase.
8.2 The specific requirements to qualify for receiving Lottery Offers are communicated per campaign and may require players to purchase a certain number of tickets, buy a specific number of draws, reach a total minimum purchase, and on tickets which include Extra draw games or not. Lottery Offers can be on a single game or on whole shopping cart.
Upon qualifying for a Discount Offer, the ticket is immediately discounted.
Upon qualifying for a Credit Offer, the credit will go directly to a player’s Real Money Balance but cannot be cashed out. While there are no Wagering Requirements on this Credit Offer, only winnings can be cashed out.
Upon qualifying for a Bonus Lottery Game Offer, players will be able to change their numbers but not any other conditions of the Bonus Game such as amount of draws, amount of plays, or Extra.
Upon qualifying for a Game Bonus, all Game Bonus Terms and Conditions Apply.
9. Bonus Bets for Sports
9.1 Bonus Bets are credited to a player’s account for either making a deposit, logging in, or meeting another specified requirement. Bonus Bets will expire 7 days after they are granted. There are no wagering requirements on Bonus Bets.
9.2 The Bonus Bet must be used in a single bet slip; however, the bet can be on a single, system, or parlay. Minimum odds to qualify will be communicated per Bonus Bet campaign.
9.3 Winnings from Bonus Bets do not include the Bonus Bet amount. Voided and Cancelled bonus bets are not refunded.
9.4 Players can keep track of their Bonus Bets through the My Bonus Activity section under My Account.
10. Sports Play and Earn Offer
10.1 Play and Earn offer bonus credits are deposited to a player's account after passing a specified betting threshold over a set time period. Play and Earn week starts at 12:00am on Mondays and ends at 11:59pm on Sundays. Players earn a $10 credit for every $100 they bet during said period. Maximum credit player can receive each week from Play and Earn is $50. Players will receive their credit on the first Tuesday after the Play and Earn period ends (unless otherwise specified in an email/pop-up communication).
10.2 Bets must be settled during the set time period in order to count toward betting threshold. Early cashouts won't apply to settled total. Qualifying bets must have odds of 1.5 or higher. Bets made using Bonus Bets/Credits do not count towards player's weekly bet total. There are no wagering requirements on Play and Earn offers, and bonus credits can be used on Sports, Casino, Instants, Lottery, and Live Dealer.
10.3 Bonus credit is not cashable. Play and Earn bonus credit must be played; however, the winnings from the bonus credit are cashable.
11. Live Dealer Play and Earn Offer
11.1 Let’s deal you in for extra Bonus Credits — just because! With Live Dealer Play and Earn, you can earn up to $50 worth of Bonus Credits just by playing Live Dealer games at Play Alberta.
11.2 Here’s how it works…
Play Live Dealer games between Wednesday (12:00 am) and Tuesday (11:59 pm)
